This Nov. 10 side event featured Dr. Mark Serreze, Director of the National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC) at the University of Colorado, and Dr. Julie Brigham-Grette, former chair of the U.S. Polar Research Board, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
