With one speaker joining in his snowboarding gear from a mountain top in Hochfügen, Austria, the event showcased successful initiatives where the outdoor sports community has rallied to combat climate change. Dr. Heïdi Sevestre, of the Arctic Monitoring and Assessment Programme (AMAP), moderated this session.
